Thanks Tom ! I try to do what’s right and do it 25% better than my competition, but I’m not always successful.

My support team drops the ball and so do I, but we try to make it right, and make it worth your loyalty to deal with us.

I know there are people who give sales a bad name – just like there are people who give any profession a bad name (consulting included), but you’re a credit to your business, Mike. Here’s to the people out there honestly representing their products, pounding the pavement, working the phones, taking care of their customers and keeping the marketplace cranking for everyone’s benefit.
