I'd change the password in your account and check your profile to make sure you haven't been hacked.

Maybe if you used a public computer sometime you might have left behind enough info for people to steal your info.

Good luck.

I just received a confirmation from HHonors that I booked a Conrad Hilton in Hong Kong in January 2007.

However, I did not make the reservation. I called HHonors to cancel the reservation. They said that the Hong Kong Hilton Conrad made the reservation.

How unreal? Could someone use my HHonors Rewards that I accumulated? How can others with a similar name as mine, book a hotel under my name? Although, I have stayed at Hilton Conrad in Hong Kong last year, but I did not book the Jan 2007 stay.

I also asked HHonors how will they prevent this from ever happening again. They do not have an answer for me.

This is just unbelievable!
