Leadership is an acquired skill and most mid–level managers never bother to acquire it.

Here’s what they think – I was born to manage. I went to college and studied business management.

Whoopee. So did millions of other people and they suck at it … just like you do.

I need a place to store actions, traits and quotes of those who excel at not excelling at leadership, management and inspiring their employees, so I’m writing this post.

The best part is, not only can I come back and add to this post, you can leave comments and tell the world about the world-classlessness of your fearless leaders.

If you don’t want to write it out for the world to see, feel free to click on the Contact tab and send it to me thru email.

I’ll compile these bits of bull into some sort of product and give it to the world.
