-Be ethical in all of your actions
-Be a continuous learner, especially in staying abreast of trends affecting your profession.(Be careful of the comment following #5 above. Watch out for ruts.)
-Give back to your community
-Cultivate a healthy amount of skepticism
-Read this blog on a regular basis
-Read also “The World is Flat” and “Freakonomics.”
